Kaleide 01: Blue Rhapsody

Kaleide is an ongoing photography zine series exploring the (in)tangible relationship between subject and camera, reader and printed matter. Each issue has a unique theme and style, but always centers around a single male subject. Photographed and designed by Justin Chen.

Issue 1 features Atrin Saghafi. Born in Iran, Atrin always had a passion for acting. When his family moved to Canada when he was 14, his creative drive only grew stronger. By 20, he was fully dedicated to pursuing an acting career, while also studying Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia.

About the maker: I am a graphic designer, an occasional photographer, a consumer of storytelling, and always curious.
