About the maker: Mads Whelan is a multidisciplinary illustrator based in Toronto. Inspired by queerness, pop culture and mental illness, Mads’ work often turns fear playful and explores the unsettling in electric colour. They are currently attending OCAD University for a BDes in illustration and a minor in printmaking.
