Body Talk aims to break mental health stigmas and redefine body image through open conversations, shared experiences, education and resources. 

In this issue: We're exploring vulnerability in relation to our mental health and body image. Through art, photography, comics, poems, and unfiltered stories, the zine explores the spectrum of relationships we have with vulnerability and our perception of it. It talks about insecurities, racism, substance abuse, love, loss, relationships, and isolation, and in doing so, redefines vulnerability and exhibits the strength that comes from embracing it.
