Dunce is a magazine on choreography and performance art. We strive to create a new forum of discussion for the artform. Dunce aspires to give voice to a broad group of artists so that readers get an insight into varied creative processes of working artists in Iceland and abroad. 

In this issue: “Deeply entangled in concepts of time. The notion of travel, with its rhythms of slowing down, pausing, speeding up and passing through, appears to be a thread between the various conversations and reflections on processes. The media of performance and choreography are fundamentally built on time, proposing some existential connotations.”
