Delivery Delays

The Canadian Union of Postal Workers is on strike.

If you live within the boundaries of this map, you can continue to receive your deliveries through our local delivery provider, Trexity. Prices vary based on location and will appear at checkout.

If you live outside of these boundaries—including international order—delivery delays are inevitable. We'll still be processing your orders as normal, but mail and parcels will not be delivered during the strike. Canada Post has added that shutting down facilities will impact its national network, and it may take time for mail processing and delivery to return to normal once the strike ends.
