    Dr. Jessica is a revered professor, prolific author, and surprise streaming star. You might have spotted her on Netflix’s High on the Hog: How African American Cuisine Transformed America series, which is based on her book of the same name.

    Madhur is the award-winning actress and culinary superstar who has taught millions about the regional foods of India through her TV shows and 30+ cookbooks (and her beautiful memoir, Climbing the Mango Trees).

    Grace Young is an award-winning cookbook author known as the Chinatown Champion and has been recognized for her work by The James Beard Foundation, Forbes 50 Over 50, The Julia Child Foundation, and others. ⁠
