Worms is a pioneering, female-led print publishing platform dedicated to amplifying the voices of writers marginalized within the literary world. The journal transcends conventional boundaries of form and genre, championing experimental writers and uplifting their work from the underground.

The very first full colour print edition! Issue 12 returns to roots of Worms; to  champion the best and most experimental writing while challenging the exclusivity of traditional publishing. In other words, to bring what’s lurking underground to the literary topsoil. This issue spotlights writing that corrupts form, defies genre, and subverts style, writing that deals in the uncomfortable, the uncertain, and the untoward. Worms asks (again, again) what can literary form reveal to us about ourselves, our heroes, the global landscape? How can we excavate the radical potential of writing—as protest, as remedy, as subterfuge, as escape?
