Dunce in an artist- run independent publication situated on the border of visual art, performance, and choreography. Each issue explores artistic processes, embodiment, and the intersections of movement, text, and visual media.

This issue of Dunce explores the concept of embodiment while also leaving space for the disembodied act of dreaming. Highlights include "Performance Machines: on the work of Steina Vsulka", Carlo Canun's "Body Of Text", "The Embrace: on leaking membranes, haunted waters and wet bliss", and Adrienne Herr in conversation with Erin Gigl. This issue also includes a special chapter dedicated to the Sequences Real-Time Art Festival with an exclusive artist book insert by dance artists Saga Kjerúlf Sigurðardóttir and Halla Þórðardóttir.
