Long Days #02

Long Days Magazine is a backcountry camping magazine dedicated to the great outdoors and, crucially, making them more accessible to everyone. It's about celebrating the difficult, long days that are the prerequisite to the reward of the backcountry.

In this issue:

The second issue of Long Days features stories on bears, personal evolution, childhood wonder, a mother’s backcountry paddling trip in 1989, snow camping remedies for mountaineer depression, and beyond, backdropped from Cape Breton to the Yukon to Joshua Tree National Park. Plus! Photo essays of northern Saskatchewan and an all women's canoeing workshop in Temagami.
