Notebook is dedicated to the art and the culture of cinema. Created by MUBI as a design forward print companion to their indie streaming platform, Notebook is packed with in-depth articles, interviews, visual essays, and experimental approaches to film journalism. Each thematic issue features unconventional, immersive, and visual rich layouts, with playful tactile elements, and unique design touches.

Issue #8 is dedicated food on film. The namesake of this issue references the iconic Charlie Chaplin scene and points to the unique relationship between onscreen cuisine and spectator.
