Issue #397 is devoted to the Caribbean wonder Cartagena de Indias, the port city listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site and placed under the patronage of Gabriel García Márquez, whose autobiographical pages about the city are republished in the magazine. This issue also features artist Oscar Murillo, writer Victor Pouchet, Cartagena native Yohir Akerman, and historian Jorge Orlando Melo on the ambiguous Simón Bolívar.
