Printing Fashion #6

Printing fashion analyzes the role of the magazine and print media in fashion through cultural, social, economic, material, and labour-based frameworks. Each annual thematic issue offers special reportage on the creative encounters and experiences of the people that produce, theorize, and work in the magazine. The magazine is published and produced by the MA in Fashion Studies at The New School Parsons Paris.

In this issue: Technique

This year's issue reflects a discourse on the value of technical knowledge and practise in the fashion and print industries. Printing Fashion considers the controversial and the celebrated, the fast-produced and the ancient practise, the overlooked and the preserved. Featuring exclusive interviews with notable designers, editors, founders and creative directors from publications like Eye, Pin-Up, Macguffin, and Cose Journal.
