ON BEING: AN EXHIBITION OF MIXED MEDIA COLLAGES.

These pieces are visual poems that explore interconnection, relativity and community. Alanna Chelmick’s work plays with colour and texture to make shapes and unexpected partnerships. The practice of collage allows many things to exist at once that become a reflection of the world.

Alanna Chelmick (she/they) is a multi-disciplinary artist who creates with many mediums: paper, paint, makeup, hair, textiles and the natural world. She is fuelled by nature, community care and connection to other sentient beings. She finds joy in the smallest things and follows her intuition. She will always ask if she can say hi to your dog. Alanna loves creating safe spaces to channel creativity in community. She can be found in Toronto, Canada and on Instagram @alanna_of_love.

The show will be mounted in-store until February 8, 2026. All of the artwork is available for purchase through our website or in-store. We're unable to ship artwork, but it is all available to local pick-up.
